Phunquie Pholk Music was founded by Eric Elias in 1993 as a record label for his singer songwriter CDs. Eric's
music is a unique blend of a variety of styles (blues, folk, jazz, etc) and "funky folk music" seemed to be a fitting description.
As Eric's style has developed the catalog of products (CDs, instructional books/DVDs) has also expanded and now includes
work by several other artists as well. We are proud to display the musical talents of our players and invite you
to enjoy their music as well.
